My Approach

My work is trauma-informed, client-centred, and rooted in empathy. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to best support your needs, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Person-Centred Therapy

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Mindfulness-based practices

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
